Trinity Ball 2026 – Event Infrastructure Delivery

Overview

One Event Infrastructure delivered event infrastructure for Trinity Ball 2026 within the live campus of Trinity College Dublin.

Works were carried out across a busy site, with students, staff and tourists moving through the campus throughout the build.

Programme & Delivery

The works were delivered within a live campus environment, with continuous public movement and limited access across key areas.

Installation was carried out across multiple work fronts, requiring coordination with ongoing activity and other contractors throughout the programme.

• Supply and installation of three stage structures

• Full-site crowd control barrier systems including Mojo and Heras

• Installation of accessible viewing platforms

• Public and operational access route infrastructure

• Specialist barrier systems including Dutch Barrier swing gates

• Rigging labour to support production requirements

• Coordination with production, security, and venue stakeholders

• Structured inspection and handover of all installed elements
