About Us

One Event Infrastructure logo

We build the part you don’t see.

  • The stages.

  • The structures.

  • The barriers.

  • The seats

  • The site layouts.

The infrastructure that allows everything else to happen.

One Event Infrastructure was established to deliver event infrastructure properly, with realistic planning, safe systems, and accountability from first conversation through to final derig.

We are not here for the spotlight.
We are here to make sure the spotlight has something solid to stand on.

Our Experience

Our leadership and delivery teams bring extensive experience across live events, public infrastructure projects and complex temporary builds throughout Ireland.

We have delivered infrastructure for:

  • Large-scale outdoor festivals

  • City-centre cultural events

  • Public and state-supported projects

  • High-footfall temporary environments

  • Multi-structure event sites with complex access and scheduling constraints

Our experience spans early design coordination, stakeholder engagement, site planning, build management, show support and full derig.

We understand the operational pressures that come with live environments, the tight programmes, weather exposure, regulatory oversight and public safety responsibility.

That experience informs how we plan, cost and deliver every project.

Our Team

Our team combines practical site experience with structured project management oversight.

We operate with dedicated project leads, site supervisors and trained crew which ensures clear communication, accountability and safe delivery at every stage of a build.

All crew members are appropriately trained and certified for their roles, with ongoing focus on safety compliance, manual handling, work at height and equipment operation where required.

We believe professional standards on site should be visible in how a build is managed, how communication flows, and how safely the work is carried out.

How We Work

We combine hands-on operational knowledge with structured planning and commercial oversight.

That means:

  • Clear scopes and responsibilities

  • Realistic scheduling

  • Strong stakeholder coordination

  • Safety-led delivery

  • Accountability from start to finish

We are collaborative, but decisive.
Structured, but practical.
Calm under pressure.

When we commit to a project, we take responsibility for how it is delivered and not just whether it is delivered.

Built for Ireland

Delivering events in Ireland comes with specific realities, the weather, access constraints, regulatory compliance and tight turnarounds.

As an Irish-owned company, we understand those realities first-hand. We work closely with promoters, venues, suppliers and local authorities to ensure projects are practical, compliant and achievable.

Local knowledge matters. Relationships matter. Experience on the ground matters.

Looking Forward

We are building for the long term.

Investing in systems.
Investing in people.
Raising standards quietly and consistently.

Because when infrastructure is delivered properly, safely, realistically and with respect for the people doing the work, everything else works better.
