(“the Company”)
1. Definitions
Client means the individual, company, or organisation placing the order with the Company.
Services means all event infrastructure, project management, equipment hire, or related works supplied by the Company.
Event means the event or project for which the Services are provided.
2. Quotations & Orders
2.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2.2 A confirmed order or written acceptance from the Client constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 No amendment or variation shall be binding unless agreed in writing by the Company.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices must be paid in full prior to the event.
3.2 Credit terms may be extended at the sole discretion of the Company for Clients with a consistent six-month trading history.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold or remove equipment from site if payment has not been received in accordance with these terms.
3.4 Interest may be charged on overdue balances under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.
4.2 The following charges apply:
More than 30 days before the event – full refund.
Within 30 days of the event – 50% of the contract value.
Within 7 days of the event – 100% of the contract value.
4.3 Any non-refundable supplier or transport costs already incurred will be chargeable in full.
5. Site Access & Responsibilities
5.1 The Client shall ensure safe, level, and unrestricted access to the site for vehicles and equipment.
5.2 Any delays, obstructions, or additional costs arising from inadequate access, inaccurate information, or unsafe conditions may be charged to the Client.
5.3 Once equipment is delivered or installed, the Client assumes full responsibility for its security, proper use, and for maintaining a safe environment on site.
5.4 The Client is responsible for coordinating all third parties on site and for ensuring overall site safety and compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Equipment Care & Security
6.1 All equipment remains the property of the Company at all times.
6.2 The Client is responsible for the safekeeping, protection, and correct use of all equipment from the time of delivery or installation until it is collected or removed by the Company.
6.3 Any loss, theft, or damage (other than fair wear and tear) will be charged at full replacement or repair cost.
7. Health & Safety
7.1 The Company’s staff and subcontractors will comply with all relevant Irish Health & Safety legislation.
7.2 The Client must ensure that the event site is safe, suitable, and compliant for the planned works.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate work if conditions are deemed unsafe.
8. Insurance
8.1 The Company holds appropriate Public and Employers’ Liability insurance.
8.2 The Client must maintain adequate Public Liability insurance to cover the event, including risks associated with the Company’s equipment and activities on site.
8.3 The Client is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment while under their control.
9. Liability
9.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or business interruption.
9.2 The Company’s total liability in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the total contract value.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Company’s negligence or that of its employees.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, transport disruption, labour disputes, or government restrictions.
11. Termination
The Company may terminate the contract with immediate effect if the Client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or acts in a manner that endangers personnel, equipment, or project delivery.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
