Overview

One Event Infrastructure delivered large-scale production rigging services for a private corporate event within the 3Arena, Dublin.

The project involved the installation of over 140 rigging points across the arena roof structure, including areas not previously rigged for live production.

Works required close coordination with venue technical teams and the integration of IRATA-certified rescue support due to off-grid climbing and beam access.

Within the 3Arena roof structure, One Event Infrastructure delivered:

Crew deployment reflected the scale and complexity of the installation:

  • 15 riggers deployed during primary day builds

  • 9–15 riggers deployed across night and follow-on shifts

All rigging was installed, inspected, and formally handed over in accordance with approved RAMS and industry best practice.

Programme & Delivery

The works were delivered across load-in, show period and load-out phases in line with the agreed production schedule.

Delivery required:

  • Advance coordination with 3Arena technical management

  • Installation in roof areas not previously utilised for production rigging

  • Off-grid climbing and beam access

  • Implementation of exclusion zones and controlled work areas

  • Daily Dynamic Risk Assessments prior to each shift

IRATA-certified rescue riggers were present for all high-risk access works.
