Overview

One Event Infrastructure delivered temporary event infrastructure across two coastal locations as part of Dublin’s New Year Festival programme.

The project involved phased builds, live-event standby, and coordinated de-rigs in busy public environments during the winter period, requiring careful planning and close collaboration with production, sound, and security teams.

Scale at a Glance

Across the two sites, One Event Infrastructure delivered:

  • 27 temporary tower structures with safe access, ballast, and dressing

  • Over 1,800 crowd control barriers

  • Over 170 Heras fencing sets

  • 330+ Garda barriers

  • 22 technical support poles installed to PA stacks

  • 8 Variable Message Signs (VMS)

  • 2 telehandlers supporting installation and de-rig operations

All infrastructure was delivered, installed, stood by, and removed in line with live event and public safety requirements.

What We Delivered

  • Temporary tower structures with safe access and ballast

  • Crowd management systems including barriers and fencing

  • Advance installation to support production and artist load-ins

  • Live event standby and phased de-rig

  • Plant, logistics, and public information support

All works were delivered to agreed layouts, safety standards, and programme requirements.

Delivery focused on clear sequencing, realistic scheduling, and crew welfare.

Key priorities included:

  • Completing tower builds ahead of production load-ins

  • Phasing barrier installs to suit live public interfaces

  • Maintaining experienced standby crews on event days
